Healing Spaces Coaching through Wholeness, LLC provides a space for therapist and other healing practitioners to be supported in creating a life that allows them to serve others AND meet their own unique needs as a human.
This space is for people who are serving others but feel like they are sacrificing themselves to do so. Through both an individual an/or group coaching program(s) we learn to listen… like really listen to ourselves get to the root of what is standing in the way of you having better sleep, less worry, improved relationships, more patience, and time for the things you have always wanted to say “yes” to.
I am the owner and founder of Healing Spaces Coaching through Wholeness, LLC as well as a mommy (and “Ganna”), life coach, consultant/trainer, somatic trauma practitioner and director of outreach for a local ministry. Fulfilling all of these roles as a human with ADHD and dyslexia I had to very quickly learn how to recognize and meet my own needs in a world that was not designed for neurodivergent people. While this was not always easy it has taught me to “Do It Different”.
So if you have read all the books and tried all the things and you are still wondering “why isn’t this working”? “What is wrong with me”? Don’t worry the answer is NOTHING you just need support to “Do It Different” and I am grateful to be able to utilize my 47 year of lived experience and 20 plus years of clinical experience to help you to “Do It Different” so that you can continue to do the work you are purposed to do with out feeling like you have nothing left to give at the end of the day.

As both a Certified Life Coach and Licensed Therapist it is important that people understand how my work is different in each role.
Life coaching is present and future focused and the primary goal is to help a client look at where they are, where they want to be, and how to get there. Sometimes this means exploring the the past to better understand how previous experiences may be impacting them now, but again the focus of life coaching is to focus of the present and future. While life coaching is NOT therapy, it does use therapeutic tools.
Therapy is In general past and present focused. While a therapist may work with clients to set goals and make changes, primarily clients come to them seeking assistance with healing trauma, overcoming abuse, treating addiction or treating mental illness.
